AMAZING, SMOOTH, INFORMATIVE
Where do I begin? How about a military family, moving from literally across the country, having never visited the state of Nevada, and not having a consistently great realtor experience in the past? Well, that was my starting point. I told Chris from the beginning: my timelines, my wants, my needs, and things I wasn't willing to compromise on. I sound like a pretty difficult client by reading this, I'm sure, but Chris assured me of his experience and validated my concerns like a pro! I had mentioned my last house hunting experience feeling like I was doing some of my agent's job for them by beating them to finding listings and them failing to match my sense of urgency that I refuse to allow to happen again. I told Chris that I respect transparency and didn't want to work with an agent that seemed like they "bit off more than they could chew". Chris made this PCS move experience, AMAZING, SMOOTH, INFORMATIVE, and most of all ASSURING!!!! My original lender had a lot of hoops for my family and I to jump through in order to make it to closing day, Chris quickly notice some red flags, and recommended a different lender 14 DAYS before we were supposed to close. I thought Chris was crazy! But I didn't want to risk missing out on this perfect home, so I gave them a call like Chris suggested and WOW! They were FAST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and wiped away all worries about missing out on this house. Chris, "thank you" doesn't even begin to portray the appreciation of professionalism and care you provided for my family. Best Realtor
Chris was, hands down, the best realtor I could’ve hoped for. He and Stormy really championed me during an exhaustive battle of finding a place and the poor handling of my loan files by my mortgage company and my resale packet from the HOA. He was always on the bank and HOAs butt and every day would give me a rundown on what he’d accomplished and/or inform me on what I needed to sign/pay for. Amazing Broker
Chris is an amazing broker. The sale of our home was a dream. We met, had a walk-through, told him how much we wanted to get; settled on a listing price a bit lower; got a slew of photos taken and Chris put the house on "coming soon" for a week to other realtors before going live on the MLS . Two days later we had an offer at our original ask, well above what was on "coming soon". Not only that he set a record for our zip code. I happened to find Chris here on Google Maps and read the reviews on the website (all positive). Chris more than lived up to our expectations. Chris is a hardworking, professional realtor. He was always available in communicating with us, whether it was by phone or email. We ended up getting $8,000 over our original asking price. As we were not in Las Vegas, Chris dealt with the tenant who had vacated the property halfway through the listing, and did the final inspection for the tenant. He also got us a great handyman to do the minor repairs that the buyer requested. The final transaction was more complex than usual because we are foreign sellers and had to deal with the Witholding Tax, which Chris has some experience with. One of the Best Choices We Have Made
I am grateful for our house. Tanner and I bought our first home this year and it has been absolutely one of the best choices we have made. THIS is Your Guy!
We met Chris after having to let our agent go for not meeting any of our expectations so we were a bit cautious. Chris jumped in with both feet and basically said, we’re going to get this house sold and this is how we’re going to do it....then cue the rotten luck. NV Energy decided to dig up our front yard and replace our power lines the day it went on the market and the week before our first open house. NV Energy did this for a full month. After it was cleaned up Chris meant business. Lots of open houses, magazine listings with pics done by professionals and even a drone...and then another piece of rotten luck. A pandemic. That’s when Chris jumped again and did a virtual walk-thru, vetted the agents/clients before coming thru our home with PPE and really just went above and beyond in everything he did. I mean, come on, this guy was answering questions about an offer the day before his wedding. So really, if you want a guy who is awesome to talk to and will pick up your spirits when you are feeling like your house is never going to sell...then THIS is your guy. We decided to put our home on the market and after some local realtors were hesitant at our listing price, Chris came along and actually encouraged us to start at a higher asking price! After a few weeks, we edged the price down a hair but got a solid offer higher than what we had hoped for as our top dollar thanks to Chris' insights and strategy. Chris took control and sold our house in just a few days. His suggestions for staging and the professional videographer he hired (at his own expense) put our house at 84 Yesterday in Henderson at the top of the pile.
